Hi all,
This might seem to be a wrong time to address all players out there but I have some good news to announce( considering that good news to me is bad news to you, that is ), I represent the Questgiver's Counsel and for those who do not know me, I'm the Questmaster, the new Chairman of the Questgiver's Counsel. Yes, Marcus, I know you will be happy but I have more 'good news'!
With me taking over the Counsel, I have ordered a new tower to build on Giftland, it's called the Quest Headquarters Tower 1, Quest Tower for short. This is not sorely for the Counsel's purposes itself, in fact, I believe it will benefit all players as well. If someone is to ask why, I can't entirely blame him, though that doesn't mean I will not kill him.
What or rather how does it benefit you? For instance, this tower has 50 storeys, ground floor, 3rd story, and 45-50 storeys are occupied, the rest are empty. What are they for? They are ballrooms, mutli-purposes halls, meeting rooms so I think you will pretty much guess what are they for now.
Of course, for the benefits of some 'idiots', I will tell you, you ,as a player of the game, can book maximum of 1 room once a week, for whatever reasons we don't know, inside you can do whatever you want and you do not worry of breaking any rules cus in that room, there isn't any rules. Unless you heavily damaged it(Eg.blowing the whole room up, destruction of the whole tower, mudering of staffs) then you will have to pay for the damages.

Case study 1:
->This is a situation you should get yourself into:
You booked the room, say a meeting room, then you planted a time bomb, went out and killed 90% of the staffs there and ended up fighting the questgivers there(Eg.ME). You died and lost 1000milGB in one sec.
You lost so much money just because of one thing you did isn't worth it, wanna bet?

There is a another reason I decided to build this tower, I did it to lessen my old friend working at the basement of the Elite Battling tower, Mr.Mosou since he has some much work to do, and he is getting old some more! Why didn't the Gamemaster saw that? Is he trying to drive him to the graves?

• Beginner-As the names mentions, it is is for players who just recently join the game, as expected these quest has the least rewards.
  ->Recommended level to start quests under this catergory:Lv.1~Lv.N1
• Intermediate-Suitable for players who has just got used to the way the game works.
  ->Recommended level to start quests under this catergory:Lv.N2~Lv.E²1
• Expert-These are supposed to be the most dfficult quest in the whole game, completing certain quest will unlock a Legendary Quest.
  ->Recommended level to start quests under this catergory:Lv.E²2~Lv.S²1
• Legendary-It will be a lifetime achievement to able do such quests thuis the difficulty will unusually high.

With Effect of 2/04/2007, all elemental absorption will only recover 100hp, no more no less. Those who do not obey will be fined.
Article 2
Players are free to alter the effects of the spells at their own risk, the Company is not responsible for any loss during the alterations.
Article 3
With Effect of 10 Oct 2007，all elemental absorption will not be able to absorb living things.
Article 4
With Effect of 12 July, players cannot attack other players with differences of 5 levels freely, a challenge must be issued and accepted before a battle starts. This is to prevent mass slaughtering of new players after one week.

Qualification for VIPs

a.Introduction
As stated in the previous posts,

We have drafted a limit to who can be a VIP. In addition to that, there are some requirements to be a VIP.So first let us tell you all what are the benefits of VIPs(Virus Impaired Person)

b.Benefits of being a VIP
There are several benefits as being a VIP,they are:
-These group of people are exempted from the level trees(Eg.Lv 1)
-They also referred as "Legal Hacker™ of Combineset®©"
-They have the ability to change the course of ant outcome(Eg.You are the VIP and you want someone to die, it's possible!HAHA.You are the hacker that can make anything possible, even the impossible.)
-invincibility to oneself(Passive)

c.Disadvantage of being a VIP
Of course there is no such thing as free good things, there are some bad things that normal players do not have:
-Though you have the ability to do impossible things with great ease, if we found out that you are abusing your powers at great length, your job as VIP is over and you have to start as a normal player(Lv1 of course)with no extra items whatsoever.
-As you are invincible, you can't fight against other players and Class L monsters except other classes of monsters.
-Though you are invincible, your belongings, pets, items, friends ARE NOT!And they never will unless they are VIPs too.So do not be misunderstood that everybody's invincible.

d.Enrolment Requirements

Alright, lets not beat around the bush anymore, now for the moment you are waiting for....

• Applicant need to be lower than level N1.
• Applicant have to pass a test called "Degree of Hacker Third Class Test"to receive a VIP cert, a hacker junior class letter of confirmation , and a VIP licence valid for one year (Earth Time Format)
• Applicant are then considered by none other than me or the 1^st Master.
• Application will notified within a week.

e.Degree of Hacker™

This degree is a degree given by Hacker Circle. It consists of three classes.First Class is the highest class avail.To receive this degree, you must pass the Degree of Hacker Test for each class.Applicant are tested on several scenarios on how they use their influences with their 'powers' If they are given it.

f.Hacker Classes™

There are five classes for the Hacker job. They are namely:

1. Junior Class
2. Adept Class
3. Standard Class
4. Advanced Class
5. Expert Class

To advance to the next class, one must first achieve a goal(Goals differ from other players to prevent cheating)

g.VIP licence

1. A VIP licence is given when he or she receives a VIP cert(Its orgins are unknown but it was said that to receive that cert one had to find a shortcut for the quests on Tutorial Isle).
2. Sadly the licence is only valid for a year(Earth Time Format).VIPs require this licence to continue as VIPs.It can renewed at the Merchant's Headquarters with its renewal priced at 1million Gold bar.

There are several pionts to take note in order to complete the quest.

They are:

1. listen carefully to the person giving you the quest and complete the tasks that they give you....
2. never skip a single quest as that will make lose some points to promotion of you rank.
3. do not think that some quests are pointless as some funny quest that they give you might have rare items or something that you want.

TOTURIAL ISLE

When you landed in toturial isle, you see many old buildings around you.Follow to the building that the hired guide brings you to.After you entered the building, the guide will bid you good luck and leave.Talk to the only person in the building and he will teach how to fight monsters in this isle.But he will give no weapens to fight the monster so you had to fight bare-handed.Do not worry as the monster you fight will be very easy to be defeated and you will complete your first quest just like that.

Notes:your tasks for your first quest are:

1. kill the monster that you have been insructed to.

Your tasks:

1. talk to the outside merchant
2. talk to the server manager
3. bring steven, the famous shopper to the manager

After you completed the first quest, you are to head for the building left to the building u are in now.In there, there will be two people in the building.Talk to the person in the left who is called the outside merchant, he will tell about the world outside toturial isle.Once you listen finish, talk to the server manager and he will tell about how to talk and interact with other people and then he will tell that he has a question to ask a person called steven and he wants you to bring steven in.

As instructed, go ou of the building, head North and you will find a alley heading further North, follow the path and you will find ur way to Tutorial Isle's one and only Market.Go in and find Steven, it isn't hard to see him as he should be the only guy in it(Just for more description, he's wearing white tunic with black beard).Talk to him and he will follow u back to the house with the server manager.

Now wat u just completed ur second quest.Congrats!

Your Tasks:

1. Shop with Steven and learn how to shop.

It's actually quite simple, follow steven's instruction and he will give u the money and the shopping list and u go to the market and buy the requested items that's all!(Don't think u can run away with the money without buying the requested items...The result of that is that u will be fined but if u run away from that too...u get straned on this Isle.That simple!)U must remeber to return the items to Steven too.

Wala!U just completed the third quest just like that!Now to move on...

Careful here!This quest might take some time for u to complete this quest.It can be easy if you manage to grasp what am I going to say.

Your crazily time-consuming tasks:

1. GO out of the building you are currently on and turn left once again if you are taking the mage's path or go right if you taking the Warrior path.(Note to all:The path u hve choosen are tempoary, u can choose more different kind of class when u reach Lv.N1, more info at Forum-Of-Unrest™.)
2. Talk to the person-in-charge.
3. Go out and go to bank.
4. Choose a weapon of your liking.(I lied)
5. Go back to the person-in-charge.
6. Prepare to leave Tutorial Isle.

The procedure:

• Actually wrote the first task a bit too informative so just read you should know what to do.
• Well when you go in to that building, it should be crowded by many other questers(If no people, sth's wrong.*Hint**Hint*)Talk to the person that is wearing Mage robes(If you are mage), or the one wearing armour(if you a warrior, duh!)
• Talk that person and he will tell the bank is located, he tellu y he give u the location of the bank(i tell u anyway, it's meaningless, he wants u to collect ur weapon,happy now?)
• So now wat are waiting for? GO!(then again u are in internet)
• Follow the map and head to the bank and choose one of the two weapons, they are:

For mage:

1. Wooden Staff(Increases Magic Attacks by 1%,passive only when equipped)
2. Long Sword(Increases the range of this pathetic sword by 1, passive when equipped)

For Warrior:

1. Nomad's Blade(This strange piece of steel with a handle holds a sercet power which you might find out in the future)
2. Long Sword(Increases the range of this pathetic sword by 1, passive when equipped)

Additional Stuffs for both jobs:

Orbs

->All players will given a orb with type same as your primary type #1,orbs given are all third class orbs.(Eg.Fire orb)

Gold bar(GB$)

->A total of 100 GB(Gold Bar) & 100 GC(Gold Coin) will be giev to all players.

Monster Index(Basic Telltale class)

->All players will be given a monster index of the latest vers.(Players can come back to Tutorial Isle to upgrade their current Index at no cost.)

BackPack(Lv.1)

->BackPack is a bag that can be upgraded inlike other games, it is a place where you keep your other stuffs like a mini portable bank.Upgrades can be made anywhere, anytime at a fee that increases after each upgrades.(The starting weigh limit for the Lv.1 bag is 10Kg each upgrade increases the weigh limit by 10kg.)

• Going back to the buiding u went, talk the person-in-charge again.
• There he will examine the stuff u took and reply to u.
• He will give the latest tips on how to increase your effectiveness on using the weapon and item.
• After that, he will send you off with a farewell bid.

Your very last task-the challenge:

Listen carefully,

1. First, go out of the building
2. Second, head south that led to a path to the stadium.
3. Challenge any one there and try to defeat one of them in there(Note:You must be at least Lv.100 to challenge anyone else.)
4. If you manage to defeat one player, or AI, you have pass the test, go ahead and leave this Isle, you have completed your lessons here.

Leaving the Isle:

• Going out of that stadium, head back to the circle of building, there you will see something that you can't miss, the statue in the centre is replaced by a portal.
• Obviously, you are supposed to enter that portal.
• If you encounter any error it means that that you had not completed any other quests.

Hello this is for staffs to remember the sequel names for the game.

please note that the sequels are unlikely until Gods War II ended

A weird thing had happened on 12/03/2007, when marcus played Conquest World™ with str 5000+, a single touch destroyed the thing and maybe fun too.

In responce, I decided to introduce a new award called power control for poeple like Marcus who has more than 5000 str. If you get the award you can choose the amount of str used to perform the task you wanted your character to do. That way, buildings won't be falling and I can save on the reconstruction cost too. ;)

Hope this award will attrct many players else if you players like to destroy buildings, i see no reason to stop it.
