Kabai Empire Upgrading for Labour Day

Greetings all,
Kabai Empire has announced plans to upgrade its city for the upcoming Labour Day 2008.
A map is made but the kabai king expressed his views that the map will be publish later which we consented.

This is a general guideline and may not be the actual plans:

1. Upgraded Palace
2. Upgraded Soul Shrine
3. Improved navigation system
4. More item drop
5. NEW! Treasure chest spawning area
6. NEW! Pond built next to Bounty Guild
7. Changed the process of the Quest: Mystery Quest
8. New quests
9. Gates built
10. New Graphical Improvements
