In order to teach all beginner and protect them.
Section A (Newbies Act)
Subsection A
All players who has just joined the game cannot be attacked by other players for one week.
Subsection B
ALL players is not allowed to give items to the other generation unless the other party give you quests.......

No beginner can challenge a warrior except permission is granted...

Any beginner can be guided by other people( but not defying the rules in SECTION A)and listen at your own risk, so do not complain to us if some one tell you something invalid...

However, you can report as spam if someone tricks you.This is a different matter then, we'll handle this ourselves and the decision are final...
Subsection C(General rules)

All players must not use any language which may be considered by others to be offensive, racist or obscene. This includes swearing.

All players must not scam or deceive other players. Lying to other players for your own personal gain is not in the spirit of the game.

All players should not attempt to impersonate other players in any way, for any reason.
paragraph D
All players must not misuse our Official Forums. The code of conduct clearly details exactly what is and what is not acceptable behavior.

All players must not encourage other players to break any of the combineset© rules.
Subsection D(terms & conditions)
paragraph A
This is a legally binding agreement. By using the game provided in connection with the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as they may be amended by Company from time to time in its sole discretion and without specific notice to you. Company will post a notice on the Site any time these Terms of Use have been changed or otherwise updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Service and the Site. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 13 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.

Parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the game must create an account on behalf of their child. When you create a child's account, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the legal guardian of the child using the account. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the game's Content are appropriate for your child. By creating a child's account, you also give your child permission to access many areas of the Game, including email and message boards (among others). By creating a child's account, you do not give your child permission to purchase power weapons in the game in terms of 'stars'. To purchase such weapons, you must represent that you are at least 18 years old. When you purchase a weapon in exchange for stars on behalf of a child under the age of 18, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the legal guardian of the child.

By registering or using the game in any way, you agree to the following:
1. You agree not to harass or threaten other players;
2. You agree not to use any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language;
3. You agree not to impersonate any Staff Member, including any Forum Moderators and IRC Operators;
4. If asked by a member of Staff to stop or change a behavior or action, you will do so;
5. You agree not to cheat, hack or make any attack in the game in any way;
6. You agree not to open multiple accounts with the game;
7. You agree not to transmit or make available in the game any advertising, promotional materials or any other forms of solicitation;
8. You agree not to transmit any material that contains viruses, worms, traps or malicious computer code;
9. You agree not to disrupt the normal flow of the games and dialogue, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other people's ability to use the Game;
10. You agree not to collect or store personal data about other people using the game;
11. You agree only to use your own credit card with the Game.
Subsection E
USE OF SOFTWARE.
a. LIMITED LICENSE. When you use Game, the online game software, including all files and images contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data, shockwave and other digital files (collectively, “Software”) are deemed to be licensed to you by Company, during the term of this Agreement and as long as the Agreement has not been terminated, for your personal, noncommercial, home use only. Company does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights to the Software, and Company retains full and complete title to the Software as well as all intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce the Software, nor may you decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the Software to a human-perceivable form. All trademarks and logos are owned by Company or its licensors and you may not copy or use them in any manner.
b. PROHIBITED USES. This limited license does not include any resale or commercial use of Game; any collection and use of any descriptions or prices; any derivative use of the Site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Site or any portion of the Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Company. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Company, and our affiliates and marketing partners, without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing names or trademarks of Company without the express written consent of Company. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Company. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Company's Sites so long as the link does not portray Company, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Company logos or other proprietary graphics or trademarks as part of the link without express written permission.
c. SALE OF DIGITAL ITEMS. Company either owns or has an exclusive license to all of the content in Combineset© games. Therefore no one other than Company has any right whatsoever to sell any of Combineset© game content in any manner. In addition, you may not sell in-game items for real money or exchange items outside of any Combineset© game.

Game Play
Article 1
With Effect of 2/04/2007, all elemental absorption will only recover 100hp, no more no less. Those who do not obey will be fined.
Article 2
Players are free to alter the effects of the spells at their own risk, the Company is not responsible for any loss during the alterations.
Article 3
With Effect of 10 Oct 2007，all elemental absorption will not be able to absorb living things.
Article 4
With Effect of 12 July, players cannot attack other players with differences of 5 levels freely, a challenge must be issued and accepted before a battle starts. This is to prevent mass slaughtering of new players after one week.

Qualification for VIPs

a.Introduction
As stated in the previous posts,

We have drafted a limit to who can be a VIP. In addition to that, there are some requirements to be a VIP.So first let us tell you all what are the benefits of VIPs(Virus Impaired Person)

b.Benefits of being a VIP
There are several benefits as being a VIP,they are:
-These group of people are exempted from the level trees(Eg.Lv 1)
-They also referred as "Legal Hacker™ of Combineset®©"
-They have the ability to change the course of ant outcome(Eg.You are the VIP and you want someone to die, it's possible!HAHA.You are the hacker that can make anything possible, even the impossible.)
-invincibility to oneself(Passive)

c.Disadvantage of being a VIP
Of course there is no such thing as free good things, there are some bad things that normal players do not have:
-Though you have the ability to do impossible things with great ease, if we found out that you are abusing your powers at great length, your job as VIP is over and you have to start as a normal player(Lv1 of course)with no extra items whatsoever.
-As you are invincible, you can't fight against other players and Class L monsters except other classes of monsters.
-Though you are invincible, your belongings, pets, items, friends ARE NOT!And they never will unless they are VIPs too.So do not be misunderstood that everybody's invincible.

d.Enrolment Requirements

Alright, lets not beat around the bush anymore, now for the moment you are waiting for....

• Applicant need to be lower than level N1.
• Applicant have to pass a test called "Degree of Hacker Third Class Test"to receive a VIP cert, a hacker junior class letter of confirmation , and a VIP licence valid for one year (Earth Time Format)
• Applicant are then considered by none other than me or the 1^st Master.
• Application will notified within a week.

e.Degree of Hacker™

This degree is a degree given by Hacker Circle. It consists of three classes.First Class is the highest class avail.To receive this degree, you must pass the Degree of Hacker Test for each class.Applicant are tested on several scenarios on how they use their influences with their 'powers' If they are given it.

f.Hacker Classes™

There are five classes for the Hacker job. They are namely:

1. Junior Class
2. Adept Class
3. Standard Class
4. Advanced Class
5. Expert Class

To advance to the next class, one must first achieve a goal(Goals differ from other players to prevent cheating)

g.VIP licence

1. A VIP licence is given when he or she receives a VIP cert(Its orgins are unknown but it was said that to receive that cert one had to find a shortcut for the quests on Tutorial Isle).
2. Sadly the licence is only valid for a year(Earth Time Format).VIPs require this licence to continue as VIPs.It can renewed at the Merchant's Headquarters with its renewal priced at 1million Gold bar.
